SMART PLUS 3-STATION MINI RELOADING PRESS KIT

Professional reloading attachment specifically engineered to be mounted on a drill press, allowing operators to use a crimp starter, roll crimper, and crimp finisher even with an economical drill press. It fully leverages the machine’s mechanical advantages, such as leverage reduction mechanics and motor speed variance (essential for optimal processing of plastic or paper shotshell hulls). The patented concept of integrating this tool with a standard drill press to transform it into a fully functional shotshell reloading press is protected.

The press features a male M6 die and crimp starter thread, fully compatible with standard commercial attachments (other thread sizes can also be fitted using a small reducer bushing). It can be used for closing all gauges: the slotted brass counter-die located beneath the crimp starter features a dedicated seat for each specific measurement, while the roll crimp counter-die is conical, designed to prevent the shotshell hull from spinning during the operation.

The SMART PLUS version, equipped with 3 operational stations, ensures maximum operational efficiency. The two side stations feature a locking ring regulator, while precision micrometric final crimp height adjustment is handled by a third external regulator located on the guide column: the pitch is calibrated so that each full turn equals 1 mm and each individual notch equals 0.1 mm. This positioning system requires no additional mechanical locking devices; once the desired height is set, it remains perfectly stable and securely in place.

The SMART PLUS KIT press differs from the standard version by including the complete kit of roll crimper, crimp starter, and crimp finisher.

The SMART PLUS KIT comes complete with our exclusive dies in your preferred gauge. The base kit consists of:

• Smart mini press featuring height adjustment for crimp starter, crimp finisher, and shell height
• 2 universal slotted brass counter-dies
