MINI PRESS SMART PLUS 3-STATION KIT

SMART This application is designed to be mounted on column drills, and thus be able to work with engraver, hemming machine and lowering machine on a drill, even an inexpensive one, thus exploiting all its potentials, such as its levers, the possibility of varying the motor revs in case of hemming on plastic or cardboard. The idea of this tool applied to an ordinary drill was patented, turning it into a real cartridge press

The press has a coil connection and a male M6 engraver, compatible with those normally on the market. (It can be used to close all calibres, as the brass counter-coil under the engraver is grooved and has a seat for each calibre size, while the one for hemming is conical so that the cartridge does not rotate during hemming.

The SMART PLUS version has three stations and is particularly suitable for those who load small calibre cartridges. The two side stations have an adjuster with a locking ring, while the locking height is adjusted by means of a third adjuster on the outside of the guide column, where each turn is 1 mm and each notch is 0.1 mm. This needs no further locking, where you place it remains.

The SMART PLUS KIT press differs from the Smart Plus Press in that it comes with the addition of the complete kit of hemming spool, hemming unit and lowering unit.

The basic kit consists of:

• Mini Smart press with height adjustment scoring reducer and cartridge quota
• 2 universal grooved brass counter coils
• 1 universal conical brass counter coil
