DOUBLE DISPENSER FOR POWDER AND LEAD

MODELS AVAILABLE: DVR/1-DV3 AND DVR2-DVR3

• MODEL DVR1-DVR3 has a powder dispenser that can dose from 0.50 to 3.50 g and a lead dispenser that can dose from 8 to 48 g
• MODEL DVR2-DVR3 has a powder feeder that can dose from 0.18 to 1.30 g and a lead feeder that doses from 8 to 48 g.

The dosers use a new and innovative vibration system, which is operated by the operating lever, creating a vibrating percussion that acts only in the dosing phase, with a determined and constant time, thus ensuring very precise weighing. 

Even with powders difficult to dose, not very smooth, such as Tecna - Mb - S4, the doses remain normal and remain constant.

The dispenser has a micrometric regulation of the powder dose; it is therefore possible to reach the desired weight quickly and accurately. The dispenser is made of stainless steel, with a dosing head in brass machined with numerical control.

The powder tank tube is made of tempered glass, against electrostatic charges; the lead tube is made of plexiglass.

Each tank is equipped with a stop knob that allows the insulation of the internal material and then the complete extraction of the tank from the dispenser avoiding the leakage of the remaining material.

The dispenser is equipped with support for positioning on a work bench.
